Returns & Replacements
Dealers must notify us within 48 hours upon receipt if the shipment needs to be returned due to the following reasons:
The item is defective.
The item has been damaged while in transit.
Discrepancies in quantity or items received.
Please allow a minimum of two weeks from the time we receive your return for your refund or reshipment to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
